Help with Research Project on Engineers' Work Satisfaction

Are you a UK-based engineer with less than 10 years' work experience? If so, the University of Bristol are keen to have your input in a research project they are currently running. The project explores the factors that contribute to UK-based early-career engineers leaving their job and/or occupation. The findings will inform evidence-based ideas and policies to address the high exit rates in engineering.
