Are you passionate about supporting early career professionals in engineering and allied fields? The InstMC Early Careers Network (ECN) is looking for three enthusiastic founding members to join our Executive Committee and help shape the future of this exciting new initiative!

ABOUT THE EARLY CAREERS NETWORK
Our mission is to support and mentor engineers, technicians, and allied professionals at three critical career stages:

✅ Post-qualification job hunts – Helping new professionals navigate the job market.
✅ Professional registration – Providing guidance on professional registration applications.
✅ Career crossroads – Supporting early-to-mid-career ‘crossroads’ choosing between management and technical specialism.

As a Founding Executive Committee Member, you’ll play a key role in developing the strategy, activities, and growth of the network—helping to build a community of early career members and mentors.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ROLES
We’re looking for passionate individuals to take on the following leadership roles:

• Secretariat – The driving force behind our operations! You'll keep us organised, schedule meetings, track actions, and ensure we turn ideas into reality.
• Marketing Lead –You’ll manage our LinkedIn presence, organise engaging events, and promote our initiatives—helping us reach and inspire more members.
• Mentorship Lead – Overseeing our Mentor Liaison Officers, you'll help coordinate mentorship programmes, pair early career professionals with the right mentors, and support their career growth.
